Terms of Service
Last updated: September 3, 2026 · Operated by QuineCorp LLC
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Maruchit (the "Service"), operated by QuineCorp LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Service is currently offered in the United States.
1. What Maruchit does
Maruchit is a payment-approval layer for AI agents. You connect a payment method; when an agent requests a purchase, we present the charge to you for approval; on your approval we provide the agent a spending credential — such as a single-use, purpose-scoped virtual card — that it uses to complete the purchase at the merchant. We are not the merchant and we do not select, ship, or fulfill the goods or services you buy. Maruchit is a technology layer on top of our payment processor (Stripe); card issuing and money movement are performed by Stripe and its banking partners, and any issued card is subject to the applicable issuer and card-network terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including charges approved by you or auto-approved under rules you configure.
- Keep your credentials, connect tokens, and passkeys secure. Revoke tokens you no longer use.
3. Approvals, auto-approval, and mandates
Every charge you approve — by tap, passkey, or under an auto-approval rule or subscription mandate you set — is an instruction to us to fund and permit that purchase. You authorize QuineCorp LLC to charge your connected payment method for the amount of each approved charge. For charges approved automatically under your auto-approval rules or an active mandate, you authorize us to charge your connected payment method without further action by you at the time of the charge; amounts may vary from charge to charge but will not exceed the caps and limits you set. Auto-approval rules and mandates operate within the caps and limits you define; you can change or revoke them at any time from your dashboard, which stops future automatic charges. You are responsible for charges made within the limits you set.
3a. Electronic communications
You consent to receive disclosures, receipts, charge notifications, and other communications about the Service electronically — in your dashboard and at the email address on your account. Notifications of charges are a core control of the Service; keep your contact information current.
4. Fees
The core Service is free. Paid features (such as the spend dashboard and automation controls) are offered at the prices shown at the point of purchase. We will tell you the price before you are charged. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purchases, to evade merchant or card-network rules, to launder funds, to cash out or obtain cash equivalents, or to circumvent the security controls that scope each card. We may decline, limit, or reverse any transaction and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any given merchant will accept a Maruchit card or complete a purchase, and we are not responsible for the goods, services, prices, or conduct of merchants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuineCorp LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months or US$100.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes by email. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of the Service that is not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
